Okay so today was my first day back jogging. It was a little chilly and I might have a cold or something but I’ll be fine. After a shower, I felt so good, man. Yesterday, I did some Pilates for the abdominal muscles and yoga for relaxation and flexibility. I could totally do better on my diet though, so that’ll be number one on my focus tomorrow. As for now, lots of water and homework. Goodnight!
